Product details

PC95 ferrite powder is same as our TP95 ferrite powder. TP95 material is a kind of high-grade power of MnZn ferrite powder, which material initial permeability is 3300±25%. Under the temperature of  25 to 100 ℃, the loss of the material can be as low as 450 mW/cm³. The transformer made of magnetic core of TP95 material is better than TP44 in reducing the temperature rise of the transformer, effectively solving the heat dissipation problem caused by product structure. For many outdoor electrical appliances, such as street lamps, in order to prevent power dampened caused by the weather , generally, engineer will choose to pot the whole power supply. But closed working environment is bad for the heat dissipation of electronic components. At this time, reducing the heat dissipation of electronic components is the first problem which the engineers need to consider. From room temperature of 25 degrees to high temperature of 100 degrees, magnetic core made of TP95 material can always maintain a lower power loss, the heat dissipation of inductance  transformer can always maintain in a low level. Lower calorific value can effectively extend the service life of electrical appliances. However, the cost is higher. The main magnetic core shapes used are EE type, PQ type, RM type, EPC type and EFD type, etc. It is widely applied in a variety of switching power transformer and driver transformer.
